We actually found the rare Pokemon legend Latias in PBB / Pokemon Brick Bronze. This is how you find it:
First you need to reach a point in the PBB game where you are somewhere in Frostveil, both Latios & Latios will be released into the wild. From there on forward, they will be roaming in the wild anywhere in Roria. So you can basically run into the rare Pokemon anywhere in the game, when you are hunting in adventure mode.
I found the Pokemon at Route 7, close to Rosecove City.
I also used ro powers increase legend encounter rate for an hour.
In this Pokemon Brick Bronze video, I will also be EV training Latias, so it can gain more HP, speed and attack and levels.
