Velvet Poveromo lost her husband Charlie this past March. Every summer for the last few years, Charlie would leave out a cooler of cold water for all of the community members working hard in the summer heat (sanitation, first responders, etc). Now that he has passed, Velvet has started "Charlie's Cooler" and it's getting a lot of attention across the country.
